Testimonial and customer story video
Customer stories shot in your customer’s office, on their schedule, without turning their day upside down. This is the work I do most, which means I’ve shot a lot of these and I know how to get a clean interview in a room that wasn’t built for one.

Customer interviews for your campaign
A testimonial brief should identify the customer, the story to capture and where the finished film will run. Share interview access, location constraints and the versions your sales or marketing team needs. Filming-only bookings and edited productions are scoped separately; captions, social clips and revisions are agreed before booking. See Trackman IO and Jonas Club Software for related work.
Their time is the constraint. I work around it.
Plan the setup around the room and interview schedule, including camera positions, microphones and controlled lighting.
Enough coverage of the real environment that the cut doesn’t rely on stock.
The main film, captions and any social clips follow the deliverables and schedule agreed in your quote.
How much of our customer’s day do you need?+
Ninety minutes is typical, including setup. Under an hour if the room cooperates.
Do you write the questions?+
Yes, and I’ll share them ahead so the customer isn’t ambushed. Better answers come from people who’ve had time to think.
Can you shoot multiple customers in one trip?+
Yes, and it’s the cheapest way to do it. Two or three in a day is normal.
