Book event coverage or a camera operator
An event recap, full-session recording and an operator joining your existing crew require different coverage plans. Send your event dates, venue, run of show, number of rooms and delivery needs so we can scope the right booking. For shoot-only support, view our Florida DP and camera-operator services. Event photography is also available; ask us to include it in your project quote.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance for the venue?+
Yes. $2M general liability, with the COI issued to the venue or the client on request — usually same day. Inland marine covers the equipment. Most convention venues require this before load-in, so ask early and it won’t hold anything up.

Which Central Florida venues do you cover?+
I work across the Central Florida convention corridor — the Orange County Convention Center, Gaylord Palms, the Rosen properties, and the resort conference hotels along International Drive. Tampa, Miami, and Jacksonville are a routine drive.
Do you take crew bookings from agencies?+
Yes. Agencies and production companies can book a DP or camera operator for Florida events. Your quote confirms equipment, crew and any travel costs.
Can you shoot multi-camera and live stream at the same time?+
